Yes 5 stars! This is a great company who's customer service is #1! I just had a new A/C system installed and all my duct work and vents cleaned. A great job from beginning to end! Starting with the excellent professionals I met and spoke with from office manager Maria, general manager Patrick, installers Joe and Jose, and duct work techs Trey and Jose!
They were all very knowledgeable and helpful and answered every question I had. Their cleanup was like they were never here! Very consciousness and respectful of myself and my whole house.

I needed a second opinion on my 14 year old system that was well past it's best operational days. I found Expedited Heat & Air in the monthly Home Magazine then looked them up in the Lakeland BBB. They have an A rating which I totally agree with. I highly recommend this company for all of your A/C and heating needs! No complaints what so ever!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with tech Michael M from Expedited Heat & Air ! From start to finish, Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step of the process.
The replacement was done quickly and efficiently, and you can tell he takes pride in his work because the quality is outstanding. My home has never felt more comfortable, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention he put into the job.

Called for an emergency service. Had an initial hiccup with the person who answered on the phone. The owner Dean called me back and apologized, and got his tech Mike out almost immediately. From there, they checked the thermostat, air handler, and air condenser. Ultimately there was a bad fuse, which Mike swapped out, and everything came back on. He had me walk with him step by step checking breakers, showed me he was checking voltages and amps. He showed me the temper readings of the air coming out of the vents, and the air was nice and cool. Mine just left, and it already feels cooler. Mike refused to charge me the service charge for coming out.
