AC Repair in Kathleen, FL
Expedited Home Services repairs air conditioners in Kathleen and the north Lakeland area. If your system stops cooling, we can usually be there the same day, and you see the price before any work starts. Call (863) 309-9007 any time, day or night.
How Your Service Visit Works
We call when the technician is on the way. The technician checks the thermostat, indoor unit, outdoor unit and refrigerant level, then explains what is wrong in plain terms. You approve the price first. If the system is worth fixing, we fix it that day. If it is near the end of its life, we tell you honestly and give you a replacement quote to compare, with no pressure to decide on the spot.
Common AC Problems We Fix
Most calls we get in Kathleen come down to a handful of problems. Our trucks carry the parts for these, so most repairs are finished on the first visit.
- AC running but blowing warm air
- Outdoor unit humming but not starting (often a capacitor)
- System tripping the breaker
- Water leaking near the indoor unit from a blocked drain line
- Low refrigerant from a slow leak
- Thermostat not turning the system on or off

Maintenance for Kathleen Homes
Air conditioners in Polk County run most of the year, so small problems grow fast. A maintenance visit in spring and fall cleans the coils, clears the drain line, tests the capacitor and checks refrigerant pressure. It costs far less than an emergency repair in July and helps your system last longer.
